Virgin Group invests in AirAsia X

Daily news, 14 Aug 2007: KUALA LUMPUR - The Virgin Group has confirmed a 20% investment in AirAsias long haul airline, AirAsia X.AirAsia X revealed a 20% investment by Virgin Group during an event held at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia). The momentous occasion marking the venture wasgraced by globally renowned founder of the Virgin group, Sir Richard Branson and was witnessed by the Second Minister of Finance, Malaysia, Senator Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop.
